The Position&nbsp;The Salesperson role at Ohio Property Brothers requires a deep knowledge of the residential remodeling industry, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to embrace technology. You will conduct phone and in-person screenings of customers to better understand their remodeling needs and guide them through our proven sales process.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Conduct phone screening to qualify customers during scheduled discovery calls, then set and attend in-home appointments&nbsp;</li><li>Visit homes to understand remodeling needs and take pictures with measurements</li><li>Ask probing questions and provide feedback to the customer to help them with what they need&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in preparing accurate quotes using software while liaising with trade partners and vendors&nbsp;</li><li>Confidently present design agreements and contracts&nbsp;</li><li>Navigate a smooth transition through pre-sale and design handoff&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with detailed handoffs to project managers and trade partners for specialty items</li><li>Perform regular check-ins with trader partners, designer, project manager, and customers before, during, and after project completion&nbsp;</li><li>Help customers have a remarkable experience and lead them to leave a positive review&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in professional networking activities in and around the Columbus metro area&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Proven recent residential remodeling sales experience (minimum 5 years).</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of residential remodeling processes&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with JobTread or similar project management tools&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient skills in Google Suite&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Empathy and emotional intelligence&nbsp;</li><li>Strong team mentality&nbsp;</li><li>Effective task and time management&nbsp;</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently&nbsp;</li><li>A results-oriented mindset&nbsp;</li><li>High energy with the ability to listen well and a glass-half-full attitude&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving history for a company-provided vehicle</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field</li><li>Ability to use emerging technologies that assist the selling process&nbsp;</li><li>Proven recent residential remodeling experience (10+ years)&nbsp;</li><li>Experienced in handling budgets, bid requests, change orders, and overcoming objections&nbsp;</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, innovative, ability to take ownership of projects or initiatives</li></ul>Working Conditions&nbsp;<ul><li>The role involves remote work from home and on-site job locations&nbsp;</li><li>Essential physical requirements include but are not limited to climbing ladders and lifting materials weighing 25 pounds or more&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to self-manage a work calendar leaving time for team huddles and networking activities&nbsp;</li><li>Team-oriented, collaborative work environment&nbsp;</li><li>Working on weekends and evenings is discouraged&nbsp;</li></ul>Salary and Benefits&nbsp;<ul><li>Full-Time position&nbsp;</li><li>Compensation Range: +$100,000, based on experience.
